Role Overview
Join our dynamic team as a real estate agent, where you will have the opportunity to drive growth and build lasting relationships with clients. As part of our team in Dubai Al Qouz 3, you'll work in an ONSITE environment that is both fast-paced and rewarding within the real estate sector.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing excellent customer service.
- Conduct property tours, market studies, and valuations to support clients’ decisions.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements on behalf of clients.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s property market trends, regulations, and listings.
- Develop a strong network of contacts with property owners, developers, and other agents.
- Prepare necessary documentation and ensure compliance with local laws and company policies.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
Must have requirements
- Minimum 2 years of real estate experience within the UAE market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Nice to have requirements
- Fluency in additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing practices.
- Existing client database or strong local network.
- Previous experience with high-value or luxury property segments.
